For rental shop owners, we charge based on square feet rates which depends upon the showroom space.
Referrals:
Referrals only works with buyers
Referrals earn 0.25% of the service charge from property purchases commission
Only the name mentioned in the referral column on the enquiry form will receive the referral amount. Failure to mention a referral name will result in no referral charge being given.
Relentless pursuit of a group or individual. Only 0.25% commission will be given to the person mentioned in the referral from the buyer’s side.
The referral charge depends solely on the amount rewarded by the sellers which can vary.
Failure to follow up on the referral charge for more than one month may result in a loss of the referral .
6. AI Predictions:
